Terms of sale
The terms on which Connect Peptides Ltd supplies laboratory reference materials.
1. Who we are
Connect Peptides Ltd, registered in England and Wales. Contact details are on the support page.
2. Nature of the products
All products are supplied as laboratory reference materials for in-vitro research use only. They are not medicinal products, foods, supplements or cosmetics, and are not licensed or intended for administration to humans or animals.
3. Your confirmations
By placing an order you confirm that you are 18 or over, that you are acquiring the material for legitimate research purposes, and that you will not administer it to any person or animal.
4. Orders and payment
An order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we confirm receipt of payment. Stock is reserved for 12 hours pending payment, after which it may be released. Payment is by bank transfer quoting the order reference issued at checkout.
5. Prices
Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Shipping is shown separately at checkout.
6. Delivery
UK orders are sent tracked and typically arrive the next working day after dispatch. EU orders typically arrive within 3–5 working days. Import duties and clearance are the customer's responsibility.
7. Cancellation and returns
You may cancel an unshipped order for a full refund. For hygiene and integrity reasons we cannot accept the return of opened vials. Items damaged in transit are replaced on receipt of photographic evidence within 48 hours of delivery.
8. Liability
We are not liable for any loss arising from use of these materials otherwise than as laboratory reference materials, or from any failure by the customer to comply with the rules applying to their own jurisdiction or facility.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
